Start with a 24” flocked evergreen swag.

Fluff out your pine needles.

Take a 10” mesh and cut a few 17 x 24” pieces.

Take a 10” mesh and cut a few 8 x 24” pieces.

Take the mesh and make cruffles by curling in the edges and pinching the middle together.

Add the cruffles to the inner and outer ring of the base, alternating colors as you go.

Take 4 ribbons and cut a piece of each to make ribbon tails.

Layer the tails in groups of 2.

Add the ribbon tails all around the swag.

Dovetail the ends.

Take a ribbon and add it to the wreath making one loop.

Repeat above instruction 1 - 4 three more times around the wreath.

Take 4 ribbons and make a half bow with 1 loop each.

Layer your bow.

Dovetail the ends.

Add a pipe cleaner to the back of the bow.

Secure your bow and pipe cleaner with a zip tie.

Fluff out your bow.

Add your bow to the top of the swag using the pipe cleaner.

Take your 3 wool hearts and add pipe cleaners to them.

Add the 3 wool hearts to the swag using the pipe cleaners.

Take 2 ribbons and cut a few pieces of each.

Layer the ribbons and add it to the swag making tails.

Take 3 ribbons and make a half now with 1 loop each.

Layer your half bows.

Add a pipe cleaner to the back of the half bow.

Secure your half bow and pipe cleaner with a zip tie.

Add your half bow to the bottom of the swag.

Add in some greenery.

Add in a few heart picks.
