Start with a wire wreath form.

Fluff out your twist ties.

Take your 21” mesh, add the end into a twist tie on the outside ring.

Keep adding 12” poofs all around the outside ring.

Take your 10” and cut 10 x 20” pieces and 8 x 30” pieces.

Take your 20” pieces, make ruffles and add them all the way around the bottom ring.

Take your 30” pieces, make ruffles and add them all the way around the top ring.

Attach pipe cleaners to your sign.

Attach your sign to your wreath using the pipe cleaners.

Take 7 ribbons and make a bow with each one and layer them.

Secure your bow together with a pipe cleaner.

Add your bow to the bottom right of your wreath.

Fluff out your bow.

Trim your ends.

Take 4 ribbons and cut 7 x 12” pieces of each one.

Layer 2 ribbons and make sets.

Fold the middle and add them into your design, alternating colors as you go.

Add in a variety of greenery all around your design.
