Start with a round 4 ring wire base.

Add 6 pipe cleaners to the inner ring of the wire base.

Add 6 pipe cleaners to the outer ring of the wire base.

Take a 10” mesh and cut 12 x 20” pieces each.

Take the mesh and make cruffles by curling in the edges and pinching the middle together.

Add the cruffles to the inner and outer ring of the evergreen base.

Take a 10” mesh and cut 5 x 15” pieces.

Take the mesh and make curls.

Add the curls to the wreath.

Take 2 ribbons and make a bow with 3 loops.

Take 1 ribbon and make a bow with 2 loops.

Take 1 ribbon and cut a piece.

Layer the bows and ribbon.

Secure the bows and ribbon with a pipe cleaner.

Fluff out your bow.

Dovetail the ends.

Add your bow to the left side of the wreath.

Take 2 ribbons and cut 12 x 12” pieces each.

Dovetail the ends.

Layer 2 ribbons and make 12 ribbon tails.

Add the ribbon tails to the wreath.

Take 2 ribbons and cut 2 x 36” of each.

Take 1 ribbon and cut a 36” piece.

Take the 5 ribbons and make half bows with 1 loop each.

Layer the half bows.

Secure the half bows with a pipe cleaner.

Add the half bow to the bottom right of the wreath.
