11.7.22 Christmas Tree with Jordan

Instructions

Prep your base.

  • Start with a 4 foot flocked Christmas tree.
  • Fluff out the pines.
  • Add a ball garland to the Christmas tree.
  • Add in 2 big candy picks to the top of the Christmas tree.

Make and add your multiple half bows and ribbons.

  • Take 8 ribbons and make a half bow with 1 loop each.
  • Layer your bows.
  • Add a pipe cleaner behind the bow.
  • Secure your bows and pipe cleaner with a zip tie.
  • Repeat above half bow instructions no. 1 - 4.
  • Add one bow to the top front of the Christmas tree.
  • Add the other bow to the opposite side of the previous bow.
  • Take 4 ribbons and make a half bow with 1 loop each.
  • Layer your bows.
  • Secure your bows with a pipe cleaner.
  • Add your bow to the side of the design.
  • Dovetail the ends.
  • Curl the ends.
  • Repeat above half bow instructions no. 8 - 13.
  • Take 6 ribbons and make a half bow with 1 loop each.
  • Layer your bows.
  • Add a pipe cleaner behind the bow.
  • Secure your bows and pipe cleaner with a zip tie.
  • Add it to the bottom of the Christmas tree.
  • Dovetail the ends.
  • Repeat above half bow instructions no. 16 - 21.
  • Take 4 ribbons and cut a piece of each.
  • Layer your ribbons.
  • Secure your ribbon with a pipe cleaner.
  • Add it to the bottom of the Christmas tree.
  • Dovetail the ends.
  • Take 3 ribbons and cut a piece of each.
  • Layer your ribbons.
  • Secure your ribbon with a pipe cleaner.
  • Add it to the bottom of the Christmas tree.
  • Dovetail the ends.

Add your picks and stems.

  • Add in a few big ball ornaments.
  • Add in some white fern greenery.
  • Add in a few red locust leaves.
  • Add in some greenery picks.
  • Add in a few poinsettias.
