12.15.22 Christmas Tree Table Top - Mellie Mel

Instructions

Make your design.

  • Start with a flocked evergreen table topper base.
  • Fluff out the pine needles.
  • Add in a ball garland to the table topper.
  • Take a 10” mesh and add it to the top of the table topper using a pipe cleanser, making loops down around the base.

Add in your picks and half bows.

  • Add in some berry picks.
  • Add in a few curly picks.
  • Take 2 layered ribbons and make a half bow with 1 loop each.
  • Add them to the design.
  • Repeat above instruction 1 - 3 a few more times.
  • Dovetail the ends.
  • Add in some ball picks to the top of the design.
  • Add in some more curly picks to the top.

Make and add your bow.

  • Take 3 ribbons and make a bow with 3 loops each.
  • Take 1 ribbon and make a half bow with 1 loop.
  • Layer the bows.
  • Secure the bows with a pipe cleaner.
  • Add the bow to the top of the tree.
  • Fluff out your bow.
  • Dovetail the ends.

Add in your picks and ornaments.

  • Add in some variety of Christmas decoration ornaments.
  • Add in a few gingerbread picks.
