Start with a wire wreath form base.

Fluff out your twist ties.

Take 2 different colors of mesh and cut 9 x ”25 strips of mesh for each.

Take another color mesh and cut 9 x 10” pieces.

Take a piece of your 25” cut mesh and pinch the middle to make a ruffle.

Add them into a twist tie on the outer ring.

Repeat the same process alternating colors as you go.

Do the same for the inner ring.

Secure your sign to the middle of your wreath using floral wire.

Take your 10”pieces of mesh and make curls.

Add in your curls to every other twist tie.

Take a ribbon and add in a few tails.

Take a different ribbon and cut 4 x 24” pieces.

Take the 24” pieces and make funky bows, add the funky bows into your wreath.

Cut a big piece of foam.

Put your heart on the foam and outline 1” bigger around it with a pencil.

Cut the heart out with an exacto knife over a cutting board.

Make two holes in the foam and add a pipe cleaner through it.

Cover your foam heart with material, making sure to thread your pipe cleaners through it as well.

Stick your red heart onto your foam heart with hot glue.

Add a few candy picks into the wreath.

Put your heart on the foam

Take a different ribbon and make simple 4 loop bows and add them in.
