Start with a round wire wreath base.

Take a 10” mesh and add it to the base, making loops all around the inner ring of the base using the pine needles.

Take a 10” mesh and cut 10 x 30” pieces.

Take the mesh and make cruffles by curling in the edges and pinching the middle together.

Add the cruffles to the outer ring of the base using the pine needles.

Take 4 ribbons and cut a few pieces of each to make tails.

Dovetail the ends.

Group the ribbon tails and pairs of 2.

Add the ribbon tails all around the base, alternating colors as you go.

Add your sign to the center of the base using pipe cleaners.

Take 5 ribbons and make a half bow with 1 loop each.

Layer your bows.

Add a pipe cleaner to the back of the bows.

Secure your bows with a zip tie.

Fluff out your bow.

Add your bow to the bottom right of the wreath.

Dovetail the ends.

Add in some variety of small greenery to the wreath using glue.
