Start with a 24” round evergreen base.

Fluff out the pine needles.

Take 2 types of 10” mesh and cut 7 x 22” pieces of each.

Take a 10” mesh and cut 5 x 22” pieces of each.

Take a 21” mesh and cut 5 x 12” pieces of each.

Take the 21” mesh and pinch the ends together making poofs.

Add the poofs to the base.

Take the 10” mesh and make cruffles by curling in the edges and pinching the middle together.

Add the cruffles and poofs to the inner and outer ring of the wreath, alternating colors as you go.

Make the round base into an oval shape using zip ties.

Take a patriotic hat and add foam to the center of the hat.

Take your patriotic top hat base and add a pipe cleaner to the top and bottom of the hat.

Add your hat to the center of the wreath using the pipe cleaners and glue.

Take 4 ribbons and make a bow with 2 loops each.

Take 1 ribbon and adda piece.

Take 1 ribbon and make a bow with 1 loop.

Layer your bows and ribbon.

Secure your bows and ribbon with pipe cleaners.

Fluff out your bow.

Dovetail the ends.

Add your bow to the bottom left of the wreath.

Take 1 ribbon and add a ribbon tails to the wreath.

Take 1 ribbon and make a bow with 2 loops.

Add the bow to the wreath.

Layer 2 ribbons, making a ribbon tail and a bow with 2 loops and add it to the wreath.

Repeat above instructions 9-12 around the wreath.

Dovetail all ends.

Add your gnome to the top right of the wreath using glue.

Add in some mixed greenery.

Add in a few glitter bombs.

Add in some blue cabbage roses.

Add in a few red filler flowers.

Add in some white hydrangeas.
