Start with an oval wire base.

Take 21” mesh and add it to the wire base all around by making poofs.

Take 1 color of 10” mesh and cut 8 x 20” pieces, make cruffles and add it to the inside circle of the wire base.

Take another mesh and cut 12 x 30” pieces, make cruffles and add it to the outside circle of the wire base.

Add your cake attachment to the center of the wreath using pipe cleaners.

Take 7 ribbons and make a half bow with 7 loops.

Secure your bow with a pipe cleaner.

Add your bow to the left of the cake attachment.

Trim the edges.

Dovetail the ends.

Take 1 ribbon and cut 3 x 13” of each.

Add the ribbon tails to the wreath.

Dovetail the ends.

Take 1 ribbon and cut 3 x 1 loop funky tails.

Add the funky tails to the wreath.

Dovetail the ends.

Take red and blue jelly ribbons and cut a few 10” pieces, and add it to the wreath.

Curl the ends of the jelly ribbons.

Add some thin curly glitter picks to the wreath.

Add some thick curly picks.

Add some bubble decorations.

Add ball decorations.
