Start with a round wire base.

Take 2 types of mesh and make poofs all around the inner and outer ring.

Take 2 types of 10” mesh and cut 8 x 30” pieces of each.

Take the mesh and make cruffles by curling in the edges and pinching the middle together.

Add the cruffles to the inner ring of the base, alternating colors as you go.

Take 2 types of 10” mesh and cut 10 x 20” pieces of each.

Take the mesh and make cruffles by curling in the edges and pinching the middle together.

Add the cruffles to the outer ring of the base, alternating colors as you go.

Take 4 ribbons and cut 9 x 14” pieces of each.

Dovetail the ribbon.

Layer the ribbons and mix it into groups.

Take the layered groups and make ties by pinching the middle together.

Add the ties around the design.

Take 1 ribbon and make loops with tails around the design.

Add pipe cleaners to the back of your sign.

Add in your sign to the center of the design.

Take 6 ribbons and make a bow with 2 loops each.

Layer your bows.

Secure your bow with a zip tie.

Dovetail the ends.

Fluff out your bow.

Add your bow to the bottom right of the design using pipe cleaners.
