Start with an oval pine wreath base.

Take a 21” mesh roll, bunch the end and add it into a pine tie and make 8 poofs all around your wreath.

Using 4 different colors of mesh, cut 18 x 22” pieces.

Take your mesh pieces, make ruffles and add 10 to the outside and 8 to the inside.

Take 7 ribbons and make bows with 3 x 8” loops.

Layer them and secure them with a pipe cleaner.

Add in a ball garland around your wreath.

Take 3 ribbons and cut 14 tails each.

Dovetail the ends.

Layer the tails and add them into the wreath.

Add your bow to the bottom of your wreath.

Attach your Frankie sign to the top of your wreath above your bow with pipe cleaners

Add in your fun Halloween sprays around the wreath.

Add in some black flocked pine.

Take a ribbon and make funky bows to add into a few pine ties.

Take some green deco tubing, make some simple bows and add them around the wreath.

Add in some black wispy branches.
