Anchor Wreath on Pancake Frame

Instructions

  • Prep the Base
  • Add 12 tinsel ties to the pancake frame
  • Using 21” mesh begin add end of mesh into the first tie
  • Make 10” pouf on the inside holes
  • Form the pouf before adding into twist by making sure edges are turned under
  • When you get back to the first tie, undo it and all the mesh and cut
  • Put end of mesh into the twist tie and continue with 13” poufs around the base, cut end
  • Using 10” mesh at 25” strips x12
  • Curl in one end and scrunch up the center and roll the other end toward you, add into the twist tie
  • Cut 14” ribbon tails with 3 ribbons; 2-½” & two 1-½” ribbons; dovetail and group together, fold in half
  • Pinch ribbons in the center and add them to bottom row into each twist ties
  • Fluff ribbons out, alternating the tails
  • Repeat steps 9-11 for the top row
  • Decide where you want the sign
  • Cut small pieces of cardboard or felt to put under pipe cleaners before stapling to sign
  •   Attach sign to wreath base
  • Make the Bow
  • Using a 4” ribbon, make approximately 7” loop, pinch, twist, make another loop and cut tail (about 8”)
  • Using a 2-½” ribbon make 6-½” loop x4 with tails
  • Using a 2-½ ribbon make 6 “ loop x2 with tails
  •  Using a 1-½” ribbon make a 4” loop only with tails
  • Tie together with a pipe cleaner
  • Fluff loops and dovetail ends
  • Add to wreath below the sign
  • Add Florals and Greenery
  • Cut floral and greenery pieces off the stems
  •  Add one greenery piece into each of the twist ties with hot glue
  • Add one floral piece into each of the twist ties with hot glue either on top or underneath the greenery pieces
  • Add flower bloom pieces
  • Decide where you want the flower blooms, then add them with hot glue
  • Add one bloom above the center of the bow
  • Add another floral greenery stem and add under each of the flower blooms with hot glue
