When the egg is turned upside down, they appear as balloons.
Cut your desired fabric 24” by 24”.
Place the larger side of the egg in the center of the fabric and gather the fabric over the egg in sections until the egg is completely covered. Zip tie at the end of the egg. Pull the fabric tighter through the zip tie and continue to tighten further.
Leaving about an inch to 2 inches below the zip tie, cut off the excess fabric.
To cover the zip tie (mechanics of the balloon) cut a piece of 7/8” ribbon and tie a bow around the balloon end covering the zip tie. Curl the ends to add to the design.
