Prep your base
Take 24” pine base and fluff the base
Cut mesh into 25” to 26” strips
Pinch mesh at the end and starting at the top and twist in 12” humps down one side
Continue up the other side of the swag to add texture
Cut 6 to 8 strips of mesh at 25” to 30”
Cruffle the mesh and twist into the base of the swag base
Insert ribbons and sign before you insert the fillers
Prep Sign
Dab hot glue on the back of the sign and place a mount on top of the glue
Place mounts one on top and one on the bottom
Insert pipe cleaner into the mounts
Attach sign to the swag base
Bow
Make 4” tail, twist into the top of the swag base, and hump over right past the sight line and cut ribbon
Complete this process placing the ribbon humps on each of the four corners
Layer one: make 18” tails, pinch twist and make 8” loops x2, cut ribbon tail, and twist a pipe cleaner in the middle of the bow
Layer two: make tail, pinch twist and making 2 loops, cut ribbon tail
Layer three: make tail, pinch twist and making four loops, cut ribbon tail
Layer four: Cut ribbon tail and twist on top of the bow
Layer five: using directional ribbon, fold ribbon, make half ribbon bow and twist into the center of the bow
Fluff bow and twist long pipe cleaner to the center of the bow
Attach bow to wreath base

Cut picks
Dab hot glue on the ends of the picks and insert into the wreath base
