Start by attaching the greenery branches to a white Christmas garland by twisting the stems together or using zip ties.
Drape a ball garland across the entire topper, securing it in place using zip ties or pipe cleaners.
Add in a bit of color by draping a more delicate, colorful ball garland across the topper such that it all looks well put together.
Using a bow maker, create a huge bow with many different ribbons, and affix it in the center of the topper using a zip tie.
Add in some big, decorative leaves towards the back to give the topper more volume.
