Start with an 18” evergreen wreath. Fluff it out.
Using 4 different colors of mesh, cut 6 x 15” pieces of each one.
Take a piece of mesh, pinch the middle to make a ruffle and add it into your wreath.
Repeat this all around the inside of your wreath, alternating colors as you go.
Take the other leftover mesh and make a curl, adding it on top of a ruffle of a different color. Repeat this with the rest of your mesh on the inside ring of your wreath.
Take the end of your blue mesh roll, pinch the end and add it into your outer ring making an 8” poof. Keep making poofs all around the outside ring, securing them into the ties.
Take the end of your purple mesh roll, and repeat the same process under the blue mesh making slightly smaller poofs.
Taking some of the pink mesh, make curls and add it into the ties on the outside of the wreath on top of the poofs.
