Start by taking 4 golf clubs and secure them together standing upward using zip ties.
Add 2 foam blocks to the top part of the golf clubs using zip ties.
Take a ribbon starting with a long tail and make a bow with 2 loops ending with another long tail.
Secure your bow with a pipe cleaner and add a u-pin.
Add your bow to the foam block using the u-pin and glue.
Repeat above instructions no. 3 - 5 a few more times around the golf clubs.
Take a ribbon and cut a piece for a ribbon tail.
Add the ribbon tail to the foam block using a pipe cleaner and a u-pin.
Dovetail the ends.
