Cut Pool Noodle

• Cut your pool noodle into different sizes using your exacto knife

Add White duct tape

• In a spiral direction add duct tape to your pool noodles

Add Red beaded pick

• Bend wire over and give it a spin

Make a bow

• Make a two loop bow with two different colored ribbon
• Secure with a pipe cleaner
• cut tails down short

Attach bow to top

• Using hot glue secure it to the front of the pool noodle

Add Picks

• Using hot glue place on the end of your pick
• Push the end of the pick into the foam on the inside to grab onto your pick

Add Embellishments

• Add glittery stars to the front

Add a ziptie mount to back
