Prep your base.
Start with a round evergreen wreath base
Fluff out the pine needles
Take a 10” mesh and make 8 - 10” poufs on inner ring and 12 - 12” poufs on outer ring
Take a 10” mesh and cut 20 strips of mesh at 20”, using 5 colors (4 cuts each)
Take the mesh and make cruffles by curling in the edges and pinching the middle together.
Add the cruffles to the inner and outer ring of the wreath in the twists of poufs
Make and add your ribbon tails
Take 2 ribbons cut at 13”and layer them; cut 6 of each color
Dovetail the ends
Add 2 ribbons to each tie around the outer ring
Add sign and attachments
Determine placement of sign and attachments
Punch holes in metal sign and add pipe cleaners
Attach to wreath base
Add pipe cleaners to attachments with U-pins and hot glue
Attach to wreath base
Make a half bow
Take 7 ribbons and make a half bow with 1 loop each
Layer your bows
Secure your bow with pipe cleaners
Add your half bow to the bottom center of the base
Make and add other attachments
Make balloon attachments by covering Easter eggs (with flat backs) with fabric and ribbons
Make candles out of foam
Cut strips of foam at 2” x 7”
Wrap ribbon in diagonal pattern around candle pieces
Cut teardrops for flame out of yellow and orange foam
Use florist wire for wick; attach flame pieces with hot glue
Add skewer to back of candle pieces, glue small block of foam with hot glue
Add in other picks and sprays
Add various other picks and sprays by trimming and adding glue to stems and placing throughout the wreath base
