Dovetail the end of your 2.5" burlap ribbon.
Measure out a tail that looks right for the place and size of the base then pinch the ribbon.
Create loops about 7"-8" so that you have plenty of length. Pinch and twist to make another loop.
Repeat one more time, for a total of 3 loops.
Leave an 8"-10" tail.
Insert into a bow maker to hold this bow layer.
Next, grab your 2nd 2.5" ribbon and dovetail the end.
Measure out a tail that's a little longer than the first bow, you can always trim back later if needed.
Create a loop about 6". Pinch and twist to make another loop.
Trim your tail a little longer than your loops.
Next grab your 1.5" ribbon, create a tail.
Pinch and twist to create a 5" loop.
Pinch and twist leaving a slightly shorter tail.
Stack your bow layers, and secure with a pipe cleaner.
Fluff out your bow, and dove tail the ends.
Zip tie the bow to the wreath base.
Fluff and position loops as needed.
