Prep your base.

  • Take a 10” mesh and cut 6 x 25” pieces.
  • Take a piece of mesh, roll the edges in and pinch the middle together to make a cruffle.
  • Add your cruffle into your door hanger horizontally on the left hand side, securing it with a zip tie.
  • Repeat this with all your pieces of mesh.
  • Cut 5 x 25” pieces of the mesh and make ruffles with them by just pinching the middle together.
  • Add in a ruffle underneath the cruffles, keep adding them in until you have used all the cut mesh.

Make your bows.

  • Funky tails: Take a ribbon and cut 3 x 26” pieces.
  • Fold it in half, dovetail the ends,
  • Make a 1 x 4” loop, twist the tail forward and add it into your ruffles, spread out evenly.
  • Bows: Take a ribbon and make a bow with 4 x 7” loops.
  • Repeat this with your next 2 ribbons on top.
  • Secure your bows together with a zip tie.
  • Add your bow above and between your funky tails.
  • Make another bow the same and add it between and above the other funky tails.

Add greenery and lemons.

  • Take some small leaved greenery bunches and add them in around your mesh and ribbons.
  • Take your lemons and hot glue them into the middle of your ribbons.
