This is to make a 7.5” loop.
Then twist the ribbon so the pattern side is facing up, measure 15” again, pinch and put them together.

Add this layer into the Bowdabra
Make sure the 2-loop side is facing away from each other and alternating with the previous layer.
Take 2 pipe cleaners and twist them together, then wrap around the center of the bow.
Put the pipe cleaner in between the pointer and middle finger that is holding the bow, grab the pipe cleaner, and pull.
Start twisting the bow until it is nice and tight.
Pull tails toward the middle and fluff the entire bow.
