Start with an evergreen garland base.

Fluff out the pine needles.

Take 1 mesh and make loops covering the top of the evergreen garland.

Take 2 types of 10” mesh and cut 4 x 15” pieces of each.

Take the mesh and make cruffles by curling in the edges and pinching the middle together.

Add the cruffles to the garland base, alternating colors as you go.

Add in 2 filler flower bushes on each side of the garland using zip ties.

Add in another filler flower bush to the center of the garland.

Add in some small glitter ball sprays to the filler flower bushes.

Secure it all with zip ties.

Add in a glitter heart on each end of the garland using pipe cleaners.

Take 1 ribbon and make a bow with 4 loops.

Take 2 ribbons and make a bow with 4 loops each.

Layer the bows.

Secure the bows with a pipe cleaner.

Add the bow to the center of the garland using a pipe cleaner.

Fluff out your bow.

Dovetail the ends.

Take 2 ribbons and make 2 half bows with 1 loop of each ribbon.

Layer the bows.

Secure the bows with a pipe cleaner.

Dovetail the ends.

Add the half bow to the ends of the garland on each side.
