Cut a piece of styrofoam to size and place in small container
Using a round styrofoam ball and bows in circular motion
Make bows: Using 1-½” ribbon, make 2 loops at 4” and 2 loops at 3-½”, (adjustment) cut off tails
Center a U-pin over the bow, add hot glue, add to ball
Add second bow diagonally and close to first bow
Continue around the ball until almost complete
Take a round dowel, trim at angle on both ends
Wrap with black wired string, add hot glue to one end and add to ball
Finish adding bows to the base of the ball, continuing to fluff to make sure it’s rounded
After adding all the ribbons, re-fluff all the ribbons
Add small piece of evergreen garland to the base
Attach with U-pins and hot glue
Add Ribbon topper to the base with hot glue
