Instructions

Build the Base:

  • Start with the blue swag base. Fluff out the greenery and shape it for a balanced foundation.

Add Large Florals:

  • Position the large blue cabbage rose near the bottom center.
  • Place one red mum and one red geranium to either side of the rose for balance.
  • Use the red ficus and 60919 florals to extend the swag upward and outward.

Layer in the Greenery:

  • Insert greenery from Hobby Lobby to fill around the florals and add texture.
  • Use pip berry bundles throughout the swag for small pops of white and dimension.

Create and Attach the Bow:

  • Make a bow using all three ribbons: 4" confetti, scalloped edge, and flag ribbon.
  • Use 5-6 loops total and layer ribbon widths for variety.
  • Secure with a zip tie and attach to the center of your swag where the florals meet.

Final Touches:

  • Add additional small florals or ribbon tails to balance out the design.
  • Dovetail all ribbon ends.
  • Secure any loose stems or accents with hot glue.

Notes

Alternate ribbon patterns within each bow loop to add dimension and keep the eye moving!
