Slide a pipe cleaner between the u pin and the foam. Continue to press on the u pin intothe foam until it is flat on the foam. Add hot glue over area to secure the pipe cleaner.
Twist two pipe cleaners together at the ends. Insert the u pin and pipe cleaner into the foam. You will repeat the same process using the pipe clean and u pin as described in number 3. This will be placed on the opposite side of the foam. Wait a few minutes to ensure the hot glue is fully dried on both sides.
Attach the foam to the moss wreath base using the side with the short pipe cleaner.
On the front side of the foam, crisscross the pipe cleaner, wrap the pipe cleaner around the foam to the back and attach it to the wreath. This will help to secure the foam to the wreath base solidly. You should not be able to move it at all.
Start with your longer pieces of greenery or flowers. Hot glue the end of the stem and insert at the bottom of the foam spacing them however you like.
Take your green filler and fill in between the spaces that were not covered by your longest stems. Keep some length on the stem of the greenery usually about 10 to 12 inches as you are trying to keep the length of the filler. Do not worry about seeing thefiller stems as they will be covered up and you will not see them.
Begin to work your greenery filler to the left of the wreath. You want to keep the longer stems to the bottom right.
Take the seeded eucalyptus and sperate the stems. Begin to insert it into the foam. As you are inserting try to do so, inset it so that it slightly comes forward.
Take the rest of your greenery filler to the side for now. You will use it later to fill in any holes or gaps you see later.
Take 60919 and separate it into 3 pieces. Take the white and insert it at the bottom putting it over the eucalyptus. Insert it bringing it slightly forward.
Separate 60919 red and blue flowers. Each bush should be separated into 3 pieces. Insert the blue 60919 between the red and the white.
Insert 60919 (red, white, and blue) to the top of the foam.
Now begin to insert the fillers, adding some greens to the top.
Next make your bow and attach it to the wreath over the foam.
Cruffle up a 10” piece of mesh, twist a pipe cleaner around it to keep mesh in place. Add 3 mesh’s around the bow. You may also use a floral pin to help stick it into the foam.
Add your geraniums and continue with fillers where needed.
Add a pop of blue with the blue stem flowers.
Trim off excess pipe cleaner on the back of the wreath and then cover the pipe cleanerarea with something such as felt.
