Build a wall with the 1st filler sprays
Put 2 sprays back to back, measure the height against the top hat
Trim the excess off at an angle
Put spray in the base at a slight angle
Repeat steps (2-4) 3x times
Add the large ball sprays, using the same steps (2-4)
Pull the balls through the filler spray so that it can be seen
Add the next ball sprays, using the same steps (2-4)
Place the balls in the front and back of the centerpiece, filling in the gaps
Trim the fill sprays if needed to allow for more room to add additional stems
Add the small ball spray, break apart in 2 pieces, cut one short
Add the shorter one to the base of the centerpiece
Add the longer one filling in any gaps
Add patriotic hearts; cut one short and place near base
Add the longer patriotic heart and place in center
Add a third and smaller heart to the back of the centerpiece.
