Prepare the Evergreen Base:
Fluff out the evergreen wreath to maximize its size. Make sure the ties are pulled up and spread out evenly.
Add Mesh to the Wreath Base:
Cut red and pink mesh into 22-24 inch strips (approximately 8 pieces each color).
Start on the outside ring, using two pieces of red followed by two pieces of pink. Continue alternating to complete the outer ring.
Move to the inner ring, following the same pattern, ensuring that each mesh piece overlaps for fullness.
Create the Bow:
Use the 4-inch diagonal ribbon as the base. Make loops around 7 inches long and secure them with zip ties.
Add the 2.5-inch solid red ribbon next, followed by the 1.5-inch pink polka dot ribbon for a layered look.
Finish with the wired pompom ribbon, creating three loops for added texture.
Repeat the process for a second bow, ensuring both are similar in size and placed diagonally from each other.
Form the Wreath Shape:
Push the mesh forward and create an oval shape using zip ties for a custom elongated look.
Attach both bows securely to the wreath in opposite corners for a balanced design.
Add Ribbon Tails:
Cut additional ribbon tails (about 7 inches each) using the 4-inch and 2.5-inch ribbons.
Insert these tails throughout the wreath for added dimension.
Incorporate Greenery:
Attach flocked holly leaves around the bows and mesh sections to create texture and visual interest. Use hot glue for secure placement.
Focus on accenting the areas around the bows and filling any open spaces.
