Materials

  • Wooden lantern
  • Foam block
  • Moss
  • Greenery stems
  • Willow branches
  • Floral bushes
  • Succulent pieces
  • Dill
  • Moss curl picks
  • White washed greenery
  • 2 rolls wired ribbons different styles
  • Zip ties

Instructions

Prep your base.

  • Start with a wooden lantern.
  • Take a piece of foam block and glue a piece of felt to the foam block.
  • Add the foam block to the center of the lantern base.
  • Add moss to the center of the lantern using glue to cover the foam.

Add your greenery, florals and decorations.

  • Add a few willow branch stems to the center.
  • Add a few white greenery stems.
  • Add in some green ferns.
  • Add in some lighter greenery.
  • Add in a few dry floral brushes.
  • Add in a succulent piece.
  • Add in some dill.
  • Add in some white washed greenery.

Make and add your bow.

  • Take 2 ribbons and make a bow with 4 loops.
  • Layer the bows.
  • Secure your bow with a zip tie.
  • Add your bow to the handle of the lantern using a zip tie.
  • Fluff out your bow.
  • Curl the ends.

Extras.

  • Add in a few moss curl picks.
