Cut out 25 inch pieces of a broad, rustic colored ribbon, and scrunch it up while rolling it to create a nice flowery bow, securing it from the center by using a pipe cleaner.
Repeat these several times and create multiple bows.
Using the leftover edges of the pipe cleaners, secure the bows on the grids of the metal basket. Make sure the entire basket is covered with the flowery bows, leaving just a little bit of space towards the top left corner.
Attach the snowman figurine on the top left corner using a pipe cleaner. Trim off the excess from the back of the basket.
Fill up some spaces in between the flowery bows with holiday themed greenery and sprays.
Create a large bow using four different ribbons, and secure it on the bottom left corner of the basket using a pipe cleaner or a zip tie.
Create another bow in a smaller size and use it to fill up any additional gaps in the basket.
Finish it up by adding in some greenery twigs and branches.
