Take a mini pine tree and fluff out the pine tines.

Take 3 different colors of mesh and cut 2 pieces of each.

Take a piece of mesh, roll the edges in a few times and pinch the middle together to make a cruffle.

Add them into a pine tine, alternating colors as you go.

Take a ribbon and make a simple bow with 1 loop either side.

Repeat this with 2 more ribbons, adding them on top of your previous one.

Secure your bows together with a zip tie.

Attach your bow to the top of your piece.

Take your long tails, layer them and make a poof on the right hand side.

Repeat this making poofs zig zagging down your swag.

Trim your tails, gather them and attach them into the bottom of your swag on the opposite side of your other tails.

Take some cute and colorful sprays and add them into your swag around your bow and tails.
