Equipment

  • Wire cutter
  • Scissors
  • Glue gun or glue pot
  • Mesh Cutter

Materials

  • 10.5" Fabric mesh
  • 14" round grapevine wreath base
  • Floral and greenery stems
  • 2 Astilbe bunch
  • 1 Eucalyptus fern bunch
  • 2 2 Golden rod bunch
  • 1 White renoncules or buttercup bush
  • Shamrock door hanger
  • 4" Kelly green ribbon
  • 2.5" Kelly green ribbon
  • 1.5" Gold ribbon
  • 1.5" Shamrock ribbon
  • 1.5" Harlequin ribbon
  • 7/8" Neutral ribbon

Instructions

Prep your base.

  • Start with a round 14” grapevine base.
  • Take your sign and add it to the grapevine using pipe cleaners.
  • Add pipe cleaners to the grapevine.
  • Take a 10” mesh and cut 5 x 20” of each.
  • Take the mesh and make ruffles by pinching the middle together.
  • Add the ruffles to the grapevine using the pipe cleaners.

Make and add your bow and ribbon tails.

  • Take 1 ribbon and make a bow with 2 loops.
  • Take 1 ribbon and make a bow with 4 loops.
  • Take 1 ribbon and make a bow with 3 loops.
  • Take 1 ribbon and make a bow with 2 loops.
  • Secure your bow with a pipe cleaner.
  • Dovetail the ends.
  • Fluff out your bow.
  • Add a ball filler to the center of the bow using glue.
  • Add your bow to the bottom of the grapevine using a pipe cleaner.
  • Take a variety of ribbons and cut a piece of each, layering them in groups of 2.
  • Take the ribbons and make half bows with 1 loop.
  • Add the half bows to the wreath.
  • Dovetail the ends.
  • Fluff them out.

Add your floral.

  • Add in a few Astilbe bundles to the grapevine using glue.
  • Add in some ranunculus flowers.
  • Add in some eucalyptus fern.

Extra.

  • Take floral wire and thread ball filler through it.
  • Add it to the wreath.
