Prep your base
Take two greenery ivy stem
Cut out the garland to the length of both ivy stems
Fluff out your garland base separating the pine needle from east to west
Cut 10” mesh into six strips 22” to 24”
Cruffle the mesh and insert onto the end of the garland, twist in with the pine needles
Continue down the rest of the garland spreading them out in equal distances
In the middle of the garland place an extra cruffle to build up the middle
Attach ivy stem into the garland under the mesh in the middle of the garland and twist into place
Fluff ivy stems and give a little more billow and twist down the garland
Complete the same process with the ivy stem going the opposite way on the other side
Bow
Layer one: Make tails, make a loop from back to front walk it together, twist, and make a loop from back to front. Double up on the loops
Layer two: Make tails (one green and one pink), make a loop from back to front walk it together, twist, to where the pink side is showing and make a loop from back to front.
Trim tails
Attach to the garland base in the middle of the base with the pine needles or if needed use a zip tie
Fluff the bow to blend in with the garland
Curl under the tails
Prep florals, filler flowers, and attachments
Once you have inserted the ribbon into the wreath base, fluff out the flower stems
Insert the flower stems into the garland base and blend in with the ivy, and twist in the pine base. zip tie if needed
Once the bow has been attached, cut floral stems, rest it into the garland and twist into the garland, complete the same process on the opposite side
Trim filler stems and insert into the garland base. Twist in with the pine needles
Attach foam heart attachments, twist into the garland letting them hang down
