When using a premade Topiary, you can spray paint the base to match your theme. (Tip: if base is black, spray paint white before painting the color of your theme
Add a nub or skewer to the base of foam heart
Add a small amount of green moss to cover the guts around the top of the vase
Cut nub that was added to heart short and hot glue into the moss
Add nubs to each side of the heart by pushing through the sides of the wreath base; add a touch of hot glue on each end
Add swirly moss pics by cutting into pieces and adding around the wreath base with hot glue
Change the direction of each swirly moss pic
Trim small heart pics into individual pieces, cutting at an angle
Balance placement by using in threes and by starting in a diagonal and ending in a triangle
Add hearts with hot glue around the wreath
Make a Bow
Add a u-pin to a pipe cleaner and add to the lower part of heart at an angle
Using 1-½” ribbon make a 4 loop bow; layer each layer on top of each other
Secure with a zip tie
Place center of bow in pipe cleaner and give a hard twist, cut off excess, tuck in and hot glue
Add a nub to small heart and add to center of bow
