Wedding Bouquet Wreath - Jordan

Instructions

Prep your base

  • Start with a round 16”/18” grapevine wreath base.

Make and add in your large bouquet

  • Take a plastic fern bush greenery (60961) and fluff it out.
  • Take 2 mixed fern leaf sprays (61639) and fluff them out and layer them on top of the plastic fern bush greenery (60961).
  • Take 3 cream delphinium floral stems (HL 793075) and layer them on top of the mixed fern leaf sprays (61639).
  • Take some boxwood type greenery and layer it over the cream delphinium floral stems (HL 793075).
  • Take 2 more cream delphinium floral stems (HL 793075) and layer them on top of the boxwood type greenery.
  • Take 2 mixed eucalyptus stems (83370) and layer them in a swag shape on top of the cream delphinium floral stems.
  • Take a fern stem and add it on top of the cream delphinium floral stems facing downwards.
  • Take 2 mixed eucalyptus stems (83370) and layer them in a swag shape on top of the fern.
  • Take a few greenery stems and layer it over the mixed eucalyptus stems (83370).
  • Take 2 more cream delphinium floral stems (HL 793075) and layer them on top of the greenery stems.
  • Secure the bouquet with a few zip ties.
  • Add 2 extra zip ties to the other zip ties.
  • Add your bouquet to the grapevine wreath using zip ties.
  • Fluff out your greenery and florals.
  • Add and tie a wire between the grapevine and the bouquet.

Make and add your bow

  • Take a .75” white velvet ribbon (Farrisilk RV000-43) and make a bow with 2 loops, keeping the tails long.
  • Take a 1-½” iridescent stripe ribbon (Farrisilk RK296-44) and make a half bow with 1 loop, keeping the tails long.
  • Take a 1-½” iridescent ribbon (71399-09-01) and make a half bow with 1 loop, keeping the tails long.
  • Take a 1” white satin ribbon (Farrisilk RD890-43) and make a half bow with 1 loop, keeping the tails long.
  • Take a 1-½” jute open weave ribbon (47386-09-01) and make a half bow with 1 loop, keeping the tails long.
  • Take a 2-½” shabby chic ribbon (RK418-01) and cut a piece for a tail.
  • Take another 1” white satin ribbon (Farrisilk RD890-43) and make a half bow with 1 loop, keeping the tails long.
  • Take a 2-½” iridescent ribbon (71399-40-01) and make a half bow with 1 loop, keeping the tails long.
  • Take a 4” white burlap border ribbon (RA855-43) and cut a piece for a tail.
  • Take a 4” stripe ribbon (RGC156401) and cut a piece for a tail.
  • Layer your bows, half bows and tails.
  • Secure them with a zip tie.
  • Add a zip tie to the center of the bouquet for the bow.
  • Add your bow to the center of the bouquet using the zip tie.
  • Fluff out your bow.
  • Trim, dovetail and curl your ribbon ends.

(Optional)

  • Add in a broach/bling to the center of the bow using a pipe cleaner.
